Nearly two decades of experience in the fine art world has provided Courtney Martin with the in-depth knowledge of how personal collecting art can be. Courtney has established herself as a seasoned expert in assembling art collections by cultivating and fostering long-lasting client relations while connecting clients with artwork that speaks to who they are. She began her career in the art world at Jackson Fine Art and quickly advanced to Sales Director. During the course of her 18 years at the gallery, she was responsible for assisting in the curation of highly celebrated exhibitions, leading worldwide art fair participation and execution, and acting as the key liaison for internationally acclaimed photographers. Her dedication to fostering deep, long-lasting relationships with collectors is evident in her thoughtful approach to building collections that are as meaningful as they are enduring.  By attentively listening to each collector’s interests, Courtney has skillfully guided both established and new collectors in developing their personal art collections that will stand the test of time. Courtney also led efforts that resulted in the placement of artworks in major private, public and corporate collections, including those of Coca-Cola, Sir Elton John, Target Corporation, and Microsoft—further demonstrating her ability to position artists and artworks within esteemed and lasting contexts.

Courtney's role at Jackson Fine Art has allowed her to work with some of the most respected artists and clients in the field while participating in some of the world’s most prestigious art fairs. She has helped facilitate the growth of the gallery’s reputation and reach, while also tailoring her approach to each individual client, ensuring their art collections align with their personal tastes and long-term goals.

Courtney holds a degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, and currently resides in the Washington, DC area with her husband and two children. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to the power of art to connect, inspire, and enrich lives—qualities she continues to bring to her work with collectors and artists alike.

With over fifteen years of experience in the fine art world, Brittney Barb brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to both the commercial and curatorial sides of the industry. Her career began at David Lusk Gallery in Memphis, Tennessee, one of the South’s leading contemporary art spaces, where she rose to Marketing and Communications Coordinator. During her time there, she played a key role in shaping the gallery’s public voice, launching a second space in Nashville, managing national art fair participation, and cultivating relationships with major publications and platforms including Garden & Gun, Southern Living, Artsy, and 1stDibs. She later relocated to Boston, where she managed a private art collection while working closely with museums, galleries, and consultants. In this role, she not only helped steward the collection but also supported the early development of a philanthropic foundation focused on arts, wellness, and mentorship throughout New England.

Most recently, she served as Director of Production and Sales Associate at Jackson Fine Art in Atlanta, a premier photography gallery representing mid-career and established photographers. There, she oversaw international art fairs—including Paris Photo—led client strategy, and built strong relationships with high profile global clientele, and contributed to long-term sales growth and programming. Her curatorial experience also includes time at the Knoxville Museum of Art, where she supported the curatorial team in research, exhibition planning, and programming—further deepening her understanding of institutional frameworks and public engagement.

These diverse roles across the gallery and private sectors have shaped Brittney's holistic view of the art ecosystem. She understands the nuances of building collections and the individual priorities of different clientele, the importance of long-term relationships, and the value of curatorial integrity. Now, as co-founder of a fine art advisory, she draws on this breadth of experience to guide collectors, artists, and institutions through an ever-evolving art market—connecting people to artwork with clarity, purpose, and care.

Brittney Barb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Rhodes College, where she developed a strong foundation in the history, theory, and cultural significance of art. She went on to earn a Master’s in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York, a program that deepened her understanding of the global art market and continues to inform her work across every facet of the industry. Brittney lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband and daughter.
